Obituary

Mary Cathleen Natt, 97, a resident of Hopewell Junction for 13 years and formerly of Yorktown Heights, died on Wednesday, May 26, 2010 at the Elant in Fishkill.
Born in New York City on May 16, 1913, she was the daughter of Hugh and Catherine Walsh Faughnan. Mary was employed by New York Telephone Company in Westchester County for 35 years until her retirement in 1972. She was a parishioner of St. Columba Church, Hopewell Junction and was a member and past president of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary. She was also a member of the NY Telephone Pioneers of America and Royal Arcanum.
On April 1, 1934 at St. Mary's Church in the Bronx, Mary married Francis Henry Natt who predeceased her on August 4, 1979. She is survived by her children, Robert Natt and his wife Susan of Putnam Valley, Arthur Natt and his wife Joanne of Mahopac and Maureen Guglielmo and her husband Michael of Hopewell Junction; 8 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Columba Church, 835 Route 82, Hopewell Junction followed by interment in Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Valhalla.
