Matthew Foster of Beacon, died on November 9, 2019. He was 20. Matthew was born on July 3, 1999 in Cortlandt Manor, NY. He was the son of Matthew and Maria (Alvarez) Foster.

Matthew was a proud student at the University of Albany. He had a thirst for knowledge, enjoyed sports, especially soccer, and was known for his charismatic, funny, and friendly personality. He was most recently working in the dairy department at Shop Rite.

Matthew is survived by his loving parents, Matthew & Maria; his cherished little sister, Carolina; his grandparents, Charlynn & Jeffrey Willis; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He is predeceased by his grandparents, Roberto and Stella (Correal) Alvarez.

Calling hours will be Friday from 5 pm - 8 pm at the McHoul Funeral Home of Fishkill, Inc., 1089 Main Street, Fishkill. A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday at 10 am at St. Mary, Mother of the Church, 106 Jackson Street, Fishkill.
