HOPEWELL JUNCTION – May E. Schiesser, 89, passed away on May 17, 2015 at the Hudson Valley Rehabilitation and Extended Care Center.
Born in Queens on March 26, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Stanley and Minnie (Strahle) Buckle. May was an avid reader. She is survived by her brother, Richard Buckle and his wife Gail of Hopewell Junction; her nieces, Cheryl Pelicano and Jennifer Capogna; and several great-nieces and great-nephews. She was also predeceased by her husband, Arthur R. Schiesser on May 30, 2009 and her sister, Dorothy Carrozza.
Calling hours will be on Tuesday, May 26th from 11 am – 1 pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction followed by a memorial service.
