Michael Corish's Obituary
Michael John Corish, 56, a resident of Sneads Ferry, NC for 10 years and formerly of Hopewell Junction, died on Saturday, January 18, 2014 at his home.
Born in Poughkeepsie on March 15, 1957, Michael was the son of the late Roy and Barbara Puff Corish. He was the owner and operator of Corish Enterprises, a building inspection and carpentry business. An avid golfer, he also loved spending time on the beach and walking with his dog on Top Sail Island.
Michael is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Paul and Cindy Corish of Hopewell Junction; his nephew, David Corish; his niece, Sarah Corish; his aunt and uncle, Paula and Hale Engel; and his cousins, Kathi Skellan and her son, Michael Morabito, and Peter Engel.
Services will be private with interment in the family plot at Hopewell Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's research Hospital (www.stjude.org).
