Obituary

Michael J. Geremino, Sr. of West Palm Beach, FL passed away on October 29, 2015 at New York Weill Cornell Medical Center in Manhattan.

Michael was born and raised on Villa Avenue, 204th Street, the Bronx. He attended St. Philip Neri School and Samuel Gompers High School.

He proudly served in the U.S. Navy. Michael worked as a master locksmith in all major NYC banks. His grandchildren loved watching old movies with him and he had the talent of being able to work on all the old cars with his grandsons, taking apart something and putting it back together again.

Michael was a beloved husband, father and grandfather. He is survived by his loving wife, Dolly of 58 years; his 4 children and their families: his daughter, Darlene Sheeran and her husband Christopher, and their children Stephanie (wife, Liz), Katherine (husband, Adam) and Christopher; his son, Nicholas Geremino and his wife Linda; his son, Michael Geremino, Jr., and his wife Camille and their children, Michael, Rachel and Marc; and his daughter, Catherine D'Avanzo and her husband John and their children, Alyssa, Jessica, and John.

Michael will forever be remembered as the most loving, beautiful man God ever made. Rest in peace in God's light. In our hearts forever.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Thursday at 10 am at St. Columba Church, 835 Route 82, Hopewell Junction with military honors.
