Michael Thomas Hessler, 67, a resident of Hyde Park and formerly of Stormville, Carmel and Florida, died on December 12, 2024 at his home.

Born in Yonkers on January 15, 1957, he was the son of the late Michael and Sally (Paone) Hessler. Michael had been employed as a manager for Monroe Tire Shop in Danbury, CT.

An avid fan of the New York Yankees and Giants, Michael was a collector of sports memorabilia. He also enjoyed building models. Michael lived a full life and always loved spending time with his nieces and nephews. Michael is survived by his siblings and their spouses, Laura and Al Thistleton, Thomas and Janet Hessler, and Gary and Diana Hessler; his nieces and nephews, Timothy, Christopher, Jason and his wife Kristen, Chelce and her spouse Julianne, Courtney and her husband Charlie, Jennifer and Paige; and his great-niece and nephews Logan, Avery and Levi.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday, December 21 from12-2pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. There will be a funeral service at 1:30pm.
