Michele C. Colabatistto, 63, a resident of Putnam Lake since 1997 and formerly of Yonkers and Mount Vernon, died peacefully at her home on Good Friday, March 30, 2018 surrounded by her loving family.

Born on February 3, 1955 in New York City, she was the daughter of Alvie Jackson "Jack" Williams and the late Dorothy (Boisenen) Williams. Michele was employed as a Certified Teachers' Assistant with the Yorktown Central School District at the Mildred E. Strang Middle School until her retirement in 2017. She was universally loved and respected by both her colleagues and her students.

Michele was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Church in Putnam Lake. She enjoyed traveling to tropical locations and was a big fan of pleasure cruises. She enjoyed collecting "art glass" and Carnival Glass. She especially enjoyed "Classic Rock" music as well as many of the more contemporary artists. She loved attending live concert events and among her favorites were Celine Dion, Billy Joel, Elton John, and John Bon Jovi.

Michele was a loving wife, a devoted, loving mother, a dedicated and trusted friend, and a compassionate human being. She truly was a person that did not have an enemy in the world. She shall be missed by all the lives she touched.
