FISHKILL – Milton H. Chiappe, a resident of Fishkill since 2000, formerly of Queens and Uruguay, died at home on Tuesday, December 11, 2018. He was 71.
Son of the late Domingo and Iris (Brachet) Chiappe, he was born in Uruguay on April 26, 1947. He later emigrated to the United States where he settled in Queens. He worked as a mechanic for his entire career and retired from the White Plains Bus Company in Westchester County.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Brenda Limones Chiappe, on March 2, 2013.
Milton is survived by his children, Jessica Ayala of Valley Stream, NY, and Albairis Chiappe, Pablo Chiappe, and Diego Chiappe, all of Uruguay; his grandchildren, Frederico, Eugenia, Emilia, and Elisa Chiappe; his brother, Roberto Chiappe & his wife Pilar of Uruguay; his sister, Mirtha Chiappe of Florida; and many nieces, nephews, other loving relatives & friends.
Calling hours will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. on Saturday, December 15 at the McHoul Funeral Home of Fishkill, Inc., 1089 Main Street, Fishkill. A funeral service will follow at 5 p.m.
