Nancy T. Abrantes, 56, an area resident for more than 20 years, died peacefully at her home on December 9, 2021 surrounded by her loving family.

Born on August 16, 1965 in Mahopac, she was the daughter of Charles and Priscilla (Holtman) Moore. Nancy was employed as a Registered Nurse for more than 20 years with Mid Hudson Regional Home Care. Her favorite places in the world were the Blodgett Memorial Library and the Jersey Shore. She was very crafty, making smiles for everyone!

Nancy is survived by her husband, Michael Abrantes; her sister, Kathleen Pecoraro; her brother, Charlie Moore and his wife Roberta; and her nieces and nephew, Danielle, Diana, Chelsea, Brooke and CJ.

Calling hours will be held on Sunday from 1-4pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. There will be a funeral service at 4pm.
