STORMVILLLE – Patricia Cavalluzzi, 75, an area resident since 1976, passed away at Westchester Medical Center on March 25, 2024. She previously lived in Mount Vernon.

Born in Mahopac on September 18, 1948, Patricia was the daughter of the late William and Margaret (Wilson) Bridle. She was a 1968 graduate of Mount Vernon High School.

Patricia's career spanned over several decades and included working as a dental assistant as well as a drugstore assistant. She loved animals, especially cats, and was employed at various animal hospitals as well. Her last employment before retirement was working in a child care school as a teaching assistant. She enjoyed taking vacations with her husband within the United States as well as abroad. One of her favorite trips was the time they went on a safari in South Africa. Patricia loved going out to lunch with her many friends and playing cards on Wednesday afternoons. Best of all, Patricia enjoyed going on motorcycle trips and rallies with Tony.

On August 31, 1969 at Mount Carmel Church in Mount Vernon, she married Tony Cavalluzzi who survives at home after almost 55 years of marriage. She is also survived by her son, Tony Cavalluzzi of Stormville; her brothers, James Bridle of Texas and William Bridle and his wife Debbie of California; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Patricia was also predeceased by her brothers and their wives, Charles and Bonnie Bridle and George and Nanette Bridle.
