Patricia A. Costello, a five-year Beacon resident, died at home on Saturday, June 22, 2013. She was 72.
Daughter of the late Henry & Marguerite (Morganstern) Randolph, she was born in Brooklyn on January 9, 1940. In 1963, she married Cornelius "Richard" Costello. She was predeceased by him in 1982.
In 2003, Patricia retired as a phone operator for Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center in Brooklyn, where she had worked for 30 years.
She is survived by four children: Bonnie Maravelis (Frank), Timothy McLaughlan (Joanna), Heather McLaughlan, and Lisa Costello (Abdo Elhaddad); ten grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and many other loving relatives & friends.
Calling hours will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, June 26 at the McHoul Funeral Home of Fishkill, Inc., 1089 Main Street, Fishkill. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10 a.m. on Thursday, June 27 at St. Joachim Church, 51 Leonard Street, Beacon. Interment will follow at Wappingers Falls Rural Cemetery.
