Patricia Hicks' Obituary
Patricia M. Hicks, 56, a lifelong area resident, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, February 9, 2016 at her home.
Born in Yonkers on December 1, 1959, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Lennox and Rose Carlucci. An amazing cook, Patty was employed as a cook at the Multi County Community Development Corp.
She had the biggest heart. Patty’s high energy and beautiful smile could light up any room. She always gave unselfishly of herself and put her needs last. She will be greatly missed.
Patty is survived by her son John Patrick Hicks II and his girlfriend Kasey; her daughters, Rosemarie Evans and Melissa Nero; her stepdaughter Jennifer Hicks; her longtime companion Ed Degroff; her 6 grandchildren; her stepfather Raymond Leinen; her siblings Debbie Licurse; Lori Lennox; Suzanne French; Steven Lennox; and Scott Leinen; and many nieces and nephews.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Thursday at 11:30am at St. Columba Church, 835 Route 82, Hopewell Junction.
