MAHOPAC – Patricia O. Pagano, 69, a lifelong area resident, died on November 25, 2022 at her home, surrounded by her family, following a courageous battle with cancer.

Born in Augusta, Georgia on February 21, 1953, she was the daughter of Charles and Julia (Phillips) Achord. Patty was employed as a bus driver for the Lakeland School District for 16 years until her retirement in 2017. She enjoyed reading and drinking boxed wine.

Patty is survived by her children, Genia Douglas and her husband David, and Mark White; her grandchildren, Carmen and Nicholas Sodano, Mark and Leah White; her siblings, Charles Achord and Cynthia McGorman; and her kitten, Lily.

Service will be private at this time. Memorial donations may be made to Sloan Kettering Memorial Cancer Center or Hospice of Westchester and Putnam, Inc.
