HOPEWELL JUNCTION - Patricia Porcaro, 68, a resident of Hopewell Junction for over 30 years, died on May 24, 2026 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center. She was a lifelong resident of the Hudson Valley.

Born on October 23, 1957 in Kingston, Patricia was the daughter of the late Joseph Salerno and Bettie & Charles Geysen. She retired in August as Office Manager from Feldman, Kleidman, Collins, and Sappe in Fishkill after 39 years of service.

On June 29, 1985 in New Paltz, Patricia married Nicholas Porcaro who survives at home after 41 years of marriage. She is also survived by her daughter, Lauren Porcaro; her twin grandchildren, Ava and Aidan Marinaccio; her sister, Joanne Pesano and her husband Don; her sister-in-law, Donna Florie and her husband William; her aunt, Ann Boehm; and several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction on Thursday, June 18, 2026 from 5 - 8 pm with a funeral service at 7:45 pm.
