Patricia M. Sabia, 50, a lifelong area resident, died peacefully on Wednesday, July 28, 2010 at Greenwich Hospital in Greenwich, CT.
Born on August 15, 1959 in Poughkeepsie, she was the daughter of Julius and Patricia Hadigan Lasko. She was a parishioner of Holy Trinity Church in Poughkeepsie and she enjoyed riding her four-wheeler.
On May 19, 1984 at Holy Trinity Church, Patricia married Anthony Sabia who survives at home. In addition to her husband, Tony, she is survived by her children, Sean, Stephen and Patricia "Tricia" Sabia; her sister Nancy Miller and her husband Eddie of Highland; her brother, Kevin Lasko and his wife Kathy of New Paltz; and many nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Sunday from 3 to 6 p.m. at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 9:45 a.m. at Holy Trinity Church, 775 Main Street, Poughkeepsie followed by entombment in St. Peter's Cemetery.
