Patricia Ann Sandhop, 61, a resident of Wallkill and formerly of LaGrangeville, died on Tuesday, December 2, 2014 at the Northeast Center for Special Care following a long illness.
Born in the Bronx on April 19, 1953, she was the daughter of Robert and Marion Flynn Holz. Patricia enjoyed reading, and especially loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.
On February 24, 1973 in the Bronx, Patricia married Warren F. Sandhop who predeceased her on February 12, 2003. She is survived by her daughter, Michelle Sandhop of Wallkill; her son, Scott Sandhop and his wife Melissa of Poughkeepsie; her grandchildren, Nicholas, Alexandria, Gabriel, Michael, Tyler and Dylan; and her siblings, Thomas Holz of Queens, Barbara Rendino of the Bronx, Michael Holz of Hopewell Junction and William Holz of the Bronx.
Calling hours will be held on Friday from 5-8pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. The funeral service will be held on Saturday at 10am at the funeral home followed by interment in St. Denis Cemetery.
