HIGHLAND - Patricia Ann Seffer, 78, a resident of Highland since 2018, died on December 30, 2020 at Hudson Valley Rehabilitation. She previously lived in Poughkeepsie and Wappingers.

Born on April 29, 1942 in New Britain, CT, Patricia was the daughter of the late Norman and Marion (Bailey) Katzung. On June 28, 1962 in New Britain, CT, she married Richard Seffer who predeceased her in 2013.

Patricia is survived by her children, Shannon Brescia and her husband Rik of Wappingers, Sean Seffer of Highland, and Scott Seffer of Arrowhead, OK; her grandchildren, Casey Brescia of Wappingers and Katie Brescia of Poughkeepsie; and her sister, Barbara Naples of Connecticut. In addition to her husband and parents, she was also predeceased by her sister, Gail Mantzaris.
