FISHKILL – Patricia M. Yeomans, a longtime resident, died at the Hospice House in Hyde Park on July 12. She was 79.

The daughter of the late Curvin Rohler and Margaret Jacobs, she was born in York, Pennsylvania on June 6, 1945. She graduated from Union Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in Baltimore, Maryland.

Patricia was a registered nurse at Mid-Hudson Medical Group for 20 years, she retired in 2005.

Patricia will always be remembered for being a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

On August 2, 1975, she married John Yeomans at the Fishkill United Methodist church. John still survives at home.

Patricia is also survived by her daughter, Kristen Vanderhoef of Wappinger's Falls; her son, Matthew Sorrell & his wife Karen of Hyde Park; her grandchildren Kellsey, Alex, Connor, Andrew, and Sienna.

In addition to her parents Patricia was predeceased by her brother Curvin Rohler.

Per family request, the services for Patricia will be private.
