Paul Thomas Brady, 73, a resident of Stormville for 45 years and previously of the Bronx, died peacefully on December 17, 2021 at White Plains Hospital.
Born on September 22, 1948 in the Bronx, Paul was the son of Patrick and Catherine (Dwyer) Brady. On April 8, 1972 at St. Frances de Chantel Church in the Bronx, Paul married the love of his life, Donna Ninivaggi who survives at home.
Paul proudly served our country in the United States Navy and worked as a cable splicer for Verizon in the Bronx and Poughkeepsie for 35 years until his retirement in 2003. He was the owner and operator of Brady Lawn Care for 32 years and worked at Brady's Power Equipment for 5 years.
Paul volunteered with East Fishkill Soccer Club as a coach and referee and was a Boy Scout Troop 46 Leader. He was a past volunteer for the Stormville Fire Company and an avid reader who was loved by everyone and could make anyone laugh. He was full of useless knowledge and adored his granddaughters who were his pride and joy.
In addition to his wife, Paul is survived by his children, Paul Brady and his wife Geniene of Yonkers, Christopher Brady and his wife Kristia of Hopewell Junction, Nicole Fallone and her husband Robert of Hopewell Junction; his granddaughters, Sophia, Isabella, Gianna, Natalia, Lia, Ava, Annalisa and Kristina; his siblings, Patricia McGuire, Robert Brady and his wife (Elizabeth), Mary Jane Banyi, Virginia Kulls; his sister in law, Carolyn Brady; his brothers in law, Frank Ninivaggi and his wife Janet, Nicholas Ninivaggi and his wife Joanne, John Ninivaggi and his wife Kathleen, and Douglas Eufemia; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. In addition to his parents, Paul was predeceased by his brother Stephen Brady; his brothers in laws, Robert Kulls, John Banyi, James McGuire; and his sister in law, Mary Eufemia.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 3-8pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday at 10am at St. Kateri Tekakwitha Church, 1925 Route 82, LaGrangeville followed by interment at St. Denis Cemetery with military honors.
