Paul Francis Cummings, or "Uncle Paulie" as he was known to his family and friends, passed away on May 20, 2023 at Putnam Hospital Center in Carmel, NY. He had been admitted there on May 7, 2023. He had been a life long Diabetic since age 7, which impacted his overall health. While there he was visited often by those close to him.

He graduated from John Jay High School in Cross River, NY and attended Pace University in Pleasantville, NY. The majority of his working Career was spent with P&L Management, a real estate management company located in Brewster, NY, managing properties in the New York Metropolitan Area. Upon leaving that firm he subsequently worked for Home Depot in Brewster, NY until he became legally blind.

One of the highlights of his life were his yearly trips to the Outer Banks of North Carolina with his family and friends. He would often be at Fishbones, a local eatery and watering hole, where he would be regaling the patrons with tales of prior year's adventures or entertaining them with his enthusiastic Karaoke skills. He was also an avid NY Yankee Baseball and NY Giants Football fan.

He is survived by his son Ryan, mother Patricia, sister Patricia Merrill, brother Michael, Aunt Joan Curtin, nephews Sean, Kevin, and Brian Merrill, and Niece Lauren Cummings. He was predeceased by his father Francis Vincent Cummings. We all wish him God's Peace as he embarks upon his final journey.

Memorial calling hours will be held on Saturday June 17th, 2023 from 12-3 pm, with a service at 2:30 pm at the McHoul Funeral Home of Fishkill Inc. 1089 Main St. Fishkill, NY 12524.
