FISHKILL - Paul J. Price, 72, an area resident for a year and formerly of Patterson, died on November 9, 2018 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center.

Born in the Bronx on April 14, 1946, he was the son of Phillip and Mildred (Sonnemann) Price. Paul proudly served our country in the US Army during the Vietnam War, and was employed as a Police Officer with NYPD in the 52nd Precinct. Following his retirement, he worked as an investigator with Empire Insurance and then as a supervisor with FJC. Paul enjoyed reading and completing crossword puzzles. He was a history buff and loved playing canasta.

On May 11, 1968 in the Bronx, Paul married Marie Romano who survives at home. He is also survived by his daughter Dawn Cantinieri and her husband Joseph; his grandchildren, Joey and Kaity; his nieces and nephews; and his great nieces and great nephews. He was predeceased by his brother, Phillip Price.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9pm at the McHoul Funeral Home of Fishkill, Inc., 1089 Main Street, Fishkill. The Funeral Service will be on Thursday at 11am at Our Savior Lutheran Church, 1400 Route 52, Fishkill.
