Pauline A. Ronzitti, 87, of Hopewell Junction and formerly of Brewster and Long Island, died on January 11, 2022 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center, surrounded by her loving family.
Born in the Bronx on August 27, 1934, she was the daughter of Boni and Catherine (Buccola) Alessi. Pauline had been employed as an office manager for PF Beale and Sons in Brewster for many years. She was a parishioner of St. Lawrence O'Toole Church. She loved the outdoors and vacationing on Martha's Vineyard. She enjoyed reading, bowling, hiking, biking and playing cards. Cooking was always her passion.
Pauline's family was very important to her. A caring and thoughtful woman, she loved her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She made family and friends feel loved, relevant, and important. She will forever be remembered for her devotion and love for her family.
On September 5, 1954 in Queens Village, Pauline married Claudio Ronzitti who predeceased her on March 22, 2014. She is survived by her children and their spouses, Cathy and Ed Crocco, Chris and Lydia Ronzitti, Alicia and Joseph Deutsch, Claudio and Mary Beth Ronzitti; her grandchildren, Christopher, Andrew and Daniel Crocco, Claudia Flegar, Michael Ronzitti, Jessica and Joseph Deutsch, Mitchell and Christina Ronzitti; her great-grandchildren, Annabelle, Charlotte, Alessi, Andrew and Maverick; and her sister, Ursula Mayo.
There will be no calling hours. The Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Saturday at 11:30am at St. Columba Church, 835 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. Interment will be private.
