Philip Hill, Sr.'s Obituary
HOPEWELL JUNCTION – Philip W. Hill, Sr., 93, of Hopewell Junction, formerly of Dobbs Ferry, died on Monday, June 20, 2016 at MidHudson Regional Hospital. He was an Army Veteran of WW II.
Philip is survived by his three children, Msgr. Philip W. Hill of Fort Belvoir, VA, Kathleen (Ronald) Cococcia of Ridgefield, CT, and Lorraine Parkis of Ossining; 15 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. His wife, Phyllis Walker Hill and his son, Timothy Patrick Hill predeceased him.
Family and friends will gather on Monday at 10:30 am at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Roman Catholic Church of St. Columba, 835 Route 82, Hopewell Junction on Monday at 11:30 am followed by military honors. Burial will take place at the convenience of the family at Mount Hope Cemetery in Hastings-on-Hudson.
