Philip M. Ward, 69, a resident of Clarion, PA since 2020, and formerly of Poughkeepsie and Yonkers, passed away unexpectedly due to natural causes on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at his home.

Born in Port Chester on October 12, 1956, he was the son of the late James and Sadie (Santaro) Ward. A dedicated electrician by profession, he took pride in his work and the legacy he built for his family. Beyond his career, Philip was a passionate bowler, often found on the lanes, not only as a competitor in the Men's Single Bowling Team but also enjoying the sport with his wife, Krystyna. Philip also embraced the thrill of paintball with enthusiasm, creating lasting memories with friends and family.

On August 1, 1978 at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church in Port Chester, Philip married the love of his life, Krystyna Lukaczyn who survives at home. He is also survived by his daughter, Gina Rogers and her husband Jason of Wappingers Falls; his son, Martin Ward; his son Steven Ward and his wife Christine; and his grandchildren, Abigail Rogers, Isabella Rogers, and Charlotte Ward. In addition to his parents, he was also predeceased by his brothers, James Ward and Thomas Ward.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, August 5 from 12-1pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. There will be a funeral service at 12:30pm.
