Phyllis M. Belardi, a longtime resident of Fishkill, NY for the past 35 years, passed away peacefully on January 18, 2026. She was 78 years old.

Phyllis was born on August 8, 1947, in the Bronx, NY, the daughter of the late Anthony and Irene (Bohne) DiLeo. Throughout her life, Phyllis was known for her loving heart, quiet strength, and deep devotion to her family. She was a dedicated wife, a caring mother and stepmother, and a proud and cherished grandmother and great-grandmother.

Prior to her retirement, Phyllis worked as a Dental Assistant for Dr. Forbes in Yorktown Heights, NY, where she was valued for her kindness, professionalism, and gentle manner with patients.

Phyllis was married to the love of her life, Louis Belardi, who survives her at home. Together they shared a life filled with love, laughter, and treasured memories. She found great joy in traveling, shopping, and most of all spending time with her family and friends, especially during gatherings and celebrations.

In addition to her beloved husband Louis, Phyllis is survived by her son Ricky DiLeo (Christina Zipparo); her devoted stepsons Louis (Janet) Belardi, Jimmy (Donna) Belardi, John (Beverly) Belardi, and Bobby (Terry) Belardi; and her adored grandchildren Bella, Gabby, Anthony, Nick, Ana, John Jr., Candace, Sara, Wyatt, Coleman, and Reed. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren and her loving sisters Irene Sparacino and Donna Vogt.

Phyllis was predeceased by her siblings Mary, Dolores, and Artie, whom she held close in her heart.

A crypt side service will be held on Friday, January 23, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. in the Hugh J. Mauer Mausoleum at Fishkill Rural Cemetery, 801 Route 9, Fishkill, NY 12524.

Phyllis will be remembered for her warmth, her devotion to family, and the love she shared so freely with those around her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
