HOPEWELL JUNCTION - Priscilla A. Vorisek, 46, a lifelong area resident, died on April 3, 2017.
Born in Newburgh on July 17, 1970, she was the daughter of Clarence "Sonny" Butler of Holly Springs, NC and Rosemarie Markey Butler of Hopewell Junction. Priscilla graduated from SUNY New Paltz and had been employed as a Conductor with Metro North for 11 years until her retirement in 2013. She had previously been employed as a bank manager for Albank in Wappingers Falls.
On March 29, 2008 at Villa Borghese in Wappingers Falls, Priscilla married James D. Vorisek who survives at home. In addition to her husband and parents, she is survived by her stepsons, Matthew and Nathaniel Vorisek.
Calling hours will be held on Friday from 4-8pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. The Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Saturday at 10am at St. Columba Church, 835 Route 82, Hopewell Junction.
