Raffaele "Ralph" Andrew Raimondo, 82, of Hyde Park and previously of Yorktown Heights, passed away on December 22, 2015 at Renaissance Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Born in the Bronx on September 24, 1933, he was the son of Carlo and Christina Raimondo. Ralph proudly served on active duty in the United States Army during the Korean War. On February 15, 1958, he married Frances Tetro at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in the Bronx.

Ralph was the owner and operator of Raimondo Auto Repair in Mount Vernon. He will always be remembered as a wonderful husband, and a loving father, grandfather and brother. He loved his family and Christmas.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his three daughters, Laura, Gina and Lisa; his grandchildren, Andrew, Christopher and Danielle; his siblings, Andrew, Theresa, Josephine, Vera and Mary; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Calling hours will be held on Sunday from 2 – 5pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. The funeral service will immediately follow at 5pm.
