EAST FISHKILL – Regina M. Heck, 85, of Hopewell Junction for 19 years and formerly of Queens, died on Sunday, December 4, 2011 at home.

Born in Manhattan on March 2, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Terrence and Margaret Heshman Reilly. On April 18, 1945 in New York City, she married Michael Heck. After he returned from serving our Country in the United State Navy, they were united in Holy Matrimony at St. Catherine of Siena Church in Manhattan. Mr. Heck survives at home.

Regina was a parishioner at St. Columba Church in Hopewell Junction. She was an Assistant Manager for Ideal Toy Corporation in Hollis, NY.

In addition to her husband, Regina is survived by her children, Regina Heck of Arizona, Elaine Jimenez of Bainbridge, Carol Piazza and her husband Frank of Lynbrook, Michael Heck and his wife Janet of Murrels Inlet, SC, Thomas Heck and his wife Janet of New Fairfield, CT, and Robert Heck of PA; her grandchildren, Kerri, Dawn, Christie, Robert, Susan, Megan, Jennifer, Michelle, Michael, Christopher, and Danica; her great-grandchildren, Michael, Samantha, Madison, Haley, Autumn, Michael, Michael, and Alexa; and her sister, Muriel Yuster of Brooklyn.She was predeceased by her daughter, Joan Marie Saposnick on March 3, 2006, her son-in-law, Larry Martin Saposnick on December 5, 2005, her son-in-law, Manny Jimenez, and her grandson, Manuel Jimenez on October 8, 1993.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday at 10 am at the funeral home.
