Fishkill - Rhonda Paula Jackson, 65, passed away at home on December 21, 2023. She was born in the Bronx on February 17, 1958 to Saul and Mae (Bernstein) Katz. She married her loving husband Owen Jackson on May 21, 1995 in Yonkers, NY. Owen survives at home. Rhonda worked in the Compliance Department at Citibank in Manhattan. She was an avid volunteer for the American Red Cross and Habitat for Humanity. Rhonda was very much a "glamour queen" as nicknamed by Owen and she loved to shop. In addition to her husband Owen, she is survived by her sons Steven and Daniel Jackson, both of Fishkill, NY, and her mother Mae Katz. Rhonda was predeceased by her father Saul Katz and her brother Richard Katz.
