Richard Anthony Bondi (Rick), 77, Putnam Valley, New York.

Rick passed away on September 5, 2020 after battling cancer. Rick was born in the Bronx, to Rosario and Wanda Bondi, and lived for many years in Mahopac, NY. He served in the United States Naval Reserve and is a veteran of the New York City Police Department. He earned his law degree while on the force, and was an attorney at the Bronx County Family Court.

Rick had a love of travel, photography, and dining. He is survived by his domestic partner, Patricia Byron; his former wife, JoAnn Bondi, and their six daughters, Lisa (Kevin) Murley, Gina Bondi (Tom Matthews), Caroline Almeida, Elizabeth Bondi (Rocco Ricciardi), Laura Bondi, and Mary (Marc) DePuy, twelve grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and by his brother, Robert (Marylou) Bondi, nephews, and extended family.

Services will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2020, from 2:00 to 4:00, with a memorial ceremony directly following, at McHoul Funeral Home of Fishkill, Inc., 1089 Main Street, Fishkill, NY.
