Richard Noel, 88, passed away peacefully on March 12, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of dedication, service, and love.

A proud veteran, Richard served in the Air Force National Guard, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to his country. He pursued higher education at Tufts University, where he earned a master's degree in engineering, a field in which he excelled throughout his career.

Richard dedicated 20 years of his professional life to Texaco before transitioning to government service, where he spent 35 years serving Dutchess County with integrity and expertise.

Above all, Richard was a devoted family man. He is survived by his loving wife, his three children, seven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren, all of whom will cherish his memory and carry forward his values of hard work, kindness, and perseverance.

Richard's impact on his community, his profession, and his family will be fondly remembered and deeply missed.
