Robert Autero, 78, of Yonkers, died on Friday, April 3, 2015 at the Regency Extended Care Center in Yonkers.

Born in Yonkers on June 10, 1936, he was the son of Martin and Antoinette Autero. Robert served in the US Army and was employed by the Yonkers School District.

Robert is survived by his sister, Concetta Autero of Morrisville, NC (formerly LaGrangeville); 2 nieces, a great-niece and a great-nephew.

A funeral Service will be held on Wednesday at 11am at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. Memorial donations may be made to the American Stroke Association.
