Robert "Bob" Edward Daly, of Fishkill, passed suddenly at home on Sunday, July 10. He was 80. Robert was born to the late Grace and George Daly in the Bronx.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Roselyn (nee Hill) (Rose and Roz to her friends) of 48 years residing in Fishkill since 1972. He is also survived by his sister-in-law, Helene Hill of Staten Island. He was a loving uncle to five nieces and six nephews and many great nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his sisters, Eleanor Callaizakis (James) and Edith Gleason (Frank); his brother, George Daly; his brother-in-law, Henry Hill; and his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Renee (nee Unger) and James Hill. He was master to his faithful dog, Benji.

Robert worked for UPS Yorktown for 25 years, retiring in 1995.

Family and friends may gather at McHoul Funeral Home, 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction, Friday, July 15 from 5:30 to 8:30pm. A funeral service will be held at McHoul Funeral Home on Saturday, July 16, 10:30am followed by entombment at Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery.
