Robert F. Hutchison, 76, an area resident for 5 years and previously of Tucson, AZ, died on Monday, December 16, 2013 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center.
Born in Peekskill on July 3, 1937, he was the son of the late Howard and Alice (Risk) Hutchison. On June 29, 1963, Robert married Karen Gray who predeceased him on August 28, 2008.
Robert had been employed as a Sprinkler Fitter for Local Union 669 until his retirement in 1999 after 45 years of service. He enjoyed cars and motorcycles.
Robert is survived by his son, Shane Hutchison of Verbank; his granddaughter, Shelby Hutchison of Salt Point; his brother, David Hutchison of Beacon; his sister, Carol Suesenbach of Beacon; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the McHoul Funeral Home, 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction.
