Robert J. Morrow

Robert J. Morrow, lovingly known as "Bob," a longtime resident of Lagrangeville, NY since 1985, passed away peacefully surrounded by his devoted family on May 23, 2026. He was 80 years old.

Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on February 14, 1946, Bob was the beloved son of the late Walter and Lena (Bonura) Morrow. A proud patriot, he honorably served his country in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War, carrying with him a deep sense of loyalty, strength, and dedication throughout his life.

On March 3, 1973, in Pittsburgh, PA, Bob married the love of his life, Regina "Gina" (Hoffman) Morrow, who survives at home. Together they built a beautiful life centered around love, laughter, family, and unwavering devotion to one another for more than 53 years.

Bob was a longtime and faithful parishioner of St. Kateri Tekakwitha Church. He worked for 24 years as a respected Project Manager with Fiberlux, where he was admired for his work ethic, leadership, and reliability.

Bob embraced life with passion and enthusiasm. He had an adventurous spirit and even enjoyed skydiving. A gifted artist, he loved to draw and express his creativity. He was a lifelong and devoted fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and could often be found enjoying a drive in his beloved Miata. Bob also had a special place in his heart for animals, especially the many cats he lovingly cared for throughout his lifetime.

Above all else, Bob treasured his family. Nothing brought him greater joy than spending time with his cherished granddaughters, who were truly the light of his life.

Bob is survived by his loving wife, Gina; his devoted sons, David Morrow and his wife Allison, and Tony Morrow and his wife Despina; and his three adored granddaughters, Charlotte, Parker, and Evelina. He is also survived by his sisters, Susan Morrow Fawcett, Judy Seligman, and Rose Abate, along with many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends who will miss him greatly.

Family and friends may call on Thursday, May 28, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at McHoul Funeral Home, Inc. 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction, NY.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, May 29, 2026, at 10:00 AM at St. Kateri Tekakwitha Church, 1925 Route 82, Lagrangeville, NY. Interment with military honors will follow at St. Denis Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Bob's memory to the Dutchess County SPCA, an organization close to his heart.
