It is with heavy hearts and profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Robin Lee Marks, a cherished member of the Newburgh, NY community. She passed away on September 6, 2024 surrounded by her family at the age of 66.

Robin was born on September 3, 1958, in Beacon, NY, to John and Phyllis (Wilkin) Caruso. Her parents predeceased her.

She dedicated her life to shaping young minds as a Pre-K teacher's aide in the Newburgh Enlarged City School District, leaving an indelible mark on the countless children she guided throughout her career. With a passion for education, Robin imparted knowledge and wisdom to her students with love and compassion.

Robin had a deep love for her family, finding the greatest joy in spending time with her children and grandchildren. She cherished family game nights, where she could be found enjoying board games, watching game shows, and completing jigsaw puzzles with her loved ones.

Robin is survived by her beloved sons, Steven and his wife, Meaghan and Gregory and his wife, Christine; her grandchildren, Griffin, Jane, Rose, and Grant; her sister, Debbi (Bob) Cocuzza and her brother, Thomas (Marie) Caruso, as well as many nieces and nephews. Robin's family extends their heartfelt gratitude to her dear friend, Keri Carcich, whose compassionate care brought great comfort and support to her. Robin's memory will forever be treasured by those whose lives she touched.

Visitation for family and friends will take place at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Jct., NY on Monday, September 9, 2024 from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm with a service at 1:00 pm. Burial will be at Hopewell Cemetery.

May her kindness, warmth, and the love she shared endure in the hearts of all who knew her. Robin will be dearly missed but never forgotten.
