Rosa Delli Carpini, 85, a resident of Little Egg Harbor, NJ and formerly of Poughkeepsie and the Bronx, died at Southern Ocean County Hospital on Tuesday, April 18, 2017.

Born in Gallo Matese, Italy on August 28, 1931, she was the daughter of Pietro and Maria (Rocchio) Di Pietrantonio. She was employed as an assembly worker for Faberware, Inc. in the Bronx and was a parishioner of Holy Trinity Church in Poughkeepsie.

On June 4, 1956 in Gallo Matese, Italy, Rosa married Franceso Delli Carpini who predeceased her on May 11, 2013.

Rosa is survived by her daughter, Maria Antonetta Diana; her granddaughter, Isabella Diana; her sister Antionia Delli Carpini; her sister-in-law, Rosa Del Vecchio and her husband Michael; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 12 pm at St. Columba Church, 835 Route 82, Hopewell Junction followed by entombment in the Community Mausoleum at Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery.
