Rose loved babies. Her grandchildren and great grandchildren brought her immense joy. She loved flowers, especially white daisies, and searching through Italian cookbooks for the perfect recipe. Cooking for her family and friends was her favorite way to show love.
With her husband, Robert Maccari, she raised four children, Joan, Susan, Robert, and Kathryn, in Nutley, NJ. Later she lived many years with her husband in Montreal, Canada, and in Isle LaMotte, Vermont.
She is predeceased by her parents Margherita and Attilio Consigli, and by her husband of 39 years. She will be fondly remembered by her four children, five grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
