MYRTLE BEACH, SC - Roslyn Rolon, 62, died on Friday, February 22, 2013 at home. Born in the Bronx, she lived in Wappingers Falls for 19 years before moving to Myrtle Beach, SC in June of 2007 with her husband to enjoy their retirement.

A Born Again Christian, Roslyn attended South Strand Assembly of God in Myrtle Beach and Faith Assembly of God in Poughkeepsie. She was active in bible studies and women's ministries at her home church.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Rosenaldo Rolon of Myrtle Beach SC; her mother, Beatrice Padilla; her children, Jennifer Vargas of Hopewell Junction, Rebecca Anson of Fishkill, and Gabe Rolon of Hopewell Junction; her sons-in-law, Rodrigo Vargas and Jason Anson; her sisters, Roseanna Cintron and her husband John Cintron of GA, Rebecca, Renee, and Rosalie; her brother, Raul; and her grandchildren, Ramiro, Elena, Kayli, and Jeremiah. She was predeceased by her brother, Robert Santana.

Calling hours will be held on Monday from 3 – 5 pm and 7 – 9 pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. The Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday at 4 pm at Faith Assembly of God, 254 Spackenkill Road, Poughkeepsie. Burial will be on Wednesday at Calverton National Cemetery.
