Ruth Holze's Obituary
Ruth B. Holze, 82, died on Saturday, March 12, 2016 at the Grand at Pawling. She formerly lived in Fishkill and Yonkers.
Born in Yonkers on July 5, 1933, she was the daughter of the late William and Ethel (Price) Brown. She was a parishioner at St. Mary, Mother of the Church in Fishkill, and enjoyed gardening.
On November 7, 1953 at Christ the King Church in Yonkers, she married William P. Holze, Sr. who survives at home. She is also survived by her children and their spouses, Linda and William Maher of Yonkers, Diane and Steven Yurcho of Yonkers, Sharon and Robert Polidore of Wappingers Falls, and William and Jennifer Holze, Jr. of Katonah; her 15 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren; and her sister, Frances McEwan.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday from 4-8 pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Wednesday at 10 am at St. Mary, Mother of the Church, 106 Jackson Street, Fishkill followed by burial at Mount Hope Cemetery.
