Sandra Jane Cooper, 45, died on November 17, 2019 at her home.

Born at Butterfield Hospital in Cold Spring on September 16, 1974, she was the daughter of Roger Gerald Cooper and Evelyn Mae (Conners) Cooper of Wappingers Falls. She is also survived by her brother, Brian Cooper, of Wappingers Falls. She was predeceased by her grandparents, Ruth and Gerald Cooper, and Harry and Lillian Conners.

Sandi loved animals and had worked for both the East Fishkill Animal Hospital and the Wappingers Animal Hospital. She was kind and funny, and a very giving person. She was a great cook.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 3-6pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. There will be a Funeral Service at 6pm. Interment will be on Friday at 2pm at the Wappingers Rural Cemetery.

Memorial donations may be made to the Dutchess County SPCA.
