Pawling- Sarah J. Flamio a resident of Pawling, NY and previously of Dover and the Bronx, passed away on March 20, 2021. She was 73.

Sarah was born on September 11, 1947 in NYC, the daughter of Rocco and Yolanda (Marchette) Flamio.

For many years, Sarah worked throughout the City of NY as a waitress in different restaurants including McCann's Pub in Manhattan.

She enjoyed going to her local senior citizen centers, playing bingo with her friends, cooking family dinners, and watching the Golden Girls, but her fondest moments were spent with her grandchildren.

Sarah is survived by her son Louis and his wife Enid Flamio, her daughter Lisa Flamio and her partner Albert Alvarez Jr., and grandchildren Kaitlyn, Lauryn and Nycole Surju.

She was predeceased by her husband Robert Caston who passed away on June 9, 1998.

Calling hours for Sarah will be Tuesday March 23, 2021 from 4pm-8pm at McHoul Funeral Home of Fishkill, Inc.,1089 Main Street. A service for Sarah will be at 7:30pm.
