Saroj Bala Sharma, 64, a resident of Wappingers Falls, died on Saturday, September 6, 2014 at St. Luke's Hospital following a long illness.
Born in Panipat, India on January 16, 1950, she was the daughter of Daulat Ram Sharma and Veeran Devi Sharma. Saroj received her Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts and was employed by IBM, East Fishkill for many years. She belonged to the Hindu Samaj Temple in Wappingers Falls.
Saroj was predeceased by her husband, Dev Raj Sharma, in 1996. She is survived by her sons, Amit Sharma of Wappingers Falls and Sumit Sharma and his wife Bhanu of Wappingers Falls.
