Scott Jon Narvesen Sr., a resident of Dover Plains, NY since 2016, passed away on June 19, 2026, at Vassar Brothers Medical Center. Born in New Rochelle, NY on April 11, 1968, he is the son of Carl Narvesen Sr. and the late Donna Rigenerato Brillmayer.

A true outdoorsman at heart, Scott loved spending time outdoors whenever he could. Hunting and fishing were among his greatest passions, and he treasured every chance to enjoy them.

Scott is survived by his sons: Scott Jon Narvesen Jr. and Joseph Narvesen, both of Staten Island, NY; his father Carl Narvesen Sr. and his wife Grace Narvesen of Fishkill, NY; his siblings: Joseph Narvesen of Fishkill, NY, Carl Narvesen Jr. and his wife Theresa of Poughkeepsie, NY, Steve Narvesen and his wife Stacy of Bedford, New Hampshire, Lauren Squier and her husband Andrew from Beverley, MA, Tom Narvesen of Poughkeepsie, NY, Robyn Narvesen of Haw River, NC, and Randi Rios-Castro of New City, NY and Alexis Brilmayer of Ridgefield, CT; as well as several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his wife Annetta Bartolomeo Narvesen in 2012, and his mother Donna Rigenerato Brillmayer in 2009.

Service arrangements for Scott will be private.
