POUGHKEEPSIE-Sharon L. Britton, 62, died on Friday, March 29, 2013 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center.
Born in Sharon, CT on April 10, 1950, she was the daughter of the late Clayton Brizzie and Edith Wilbur. She was then raised by Larry and Rita Rundell of Pine Plains.
On August 20, 1966 in Millbrook, Sharon married George Britton, Sr. who survives at home. She is also survived by her children, Kimberly Britton, Dawn Britton, George Britton, Jr. and his wife Courtney, Rebecca Britton and her fiancé Andrew Burchfield, and son-in-law James Moysey Jr.; and her grandchildren, Jessica, Emma, Charlie, John, Andrew, and Abigail who was born on the day her grandmother went to heaven. Sharon was also predeceased by her granddaughter, Sarah Marie Moysey on February 22, 2013.
