Obituary

Sharon Ann Cerce, 34, died at home in Hopewell Junction on Tuesday, July 31, 2018 following a courageous three-year battle with brain cancer.

She was born in Yonkers on September 2, 1983. In 2002, she moved to Arizona, where she began a successful career in the hotel service industry. For 10 years, she worked as Front Desk Clerk for the Comfort Inn in Chandler, AZ. She moved to Hopewell Junction in 2016.

Sharon enjoyed hobbies including reading and playing word puzzle games. Above anything else, she cherished spending time with her children and her family & friends.
She is survived by her daughter, Natalie Williams (8); her son, Wade Williams (6); and her daughter, Helen Williams (3), all at home in Hopewell Junction.

Additional survivors include her parents, Ronald J. Cerce, Sr. and Helen (Rostron) Cerce of Hopewell Junction; her brother, Ted Rostron and his wife Paula of Fort Montgomery, NY; her sister, Stephanie Macaluso of Hopewell Junction; her sister, Sheryl Cerce of Hopewell Junction; her brother, Ronald J. Cerce, Jr. of Hopewell Junction; her niece, Gabriella Rostron; her nephew, Gavin Rostron; and her niece, Shyanne Russey; and many other loving relatives.

Sharon is also survived by a multitude of close friends, many of whom she has known since childhood.
A Memorial Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
