Shirley M. Radenberg, a Fishkill resident since 1963 and formerly of Kingston, died at home on Wednesday, November 11, 2015. She was 79.
Daughter of the late Edwald and Elizabeth (Miller) Henninger, she was born in Kingston on September 12, 1936.
On November 10, 1956, she married Nicholas P. Radenberg, Jr. in Kingston. She was predeceased by her husband on April 27, 1999.
Shirley was a homemaker and caretaker. She dedicated her life to taking care of others, especially family and friends. She was formerly a member of the First Reformed Church of Fishkill.
Survivors include two sons: Pete Radenberg & his wife Angela of Fishkill and Brian Radenberg of Florida; her granddaughter, Abigail Radenberg; and her brother, Charles Henninger of Kingston. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many other loving relatives & friends.
In addition to her husband and parents, Shirley was also predeceased by her brother, Bobby Henninger, as well as her sister, Doris Kiersted.
Calling hours will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. on Monday, November 16 at the McHoul Funeral Home of Fishkill, Inc., 1089 Main Street, Fishkill.
