Stanley Louis Wojciechowski, a past resident of Hopewell Junction and Fishkill, New York, passed away on December 16, 2024, in Loris, South Carolina at the age of 80.

Stan was born and raised in the Bronx, NY, schooled at St. Mary's Grammar School, De Witt Clinton H.S. and was a proud Veteran of the U.S. Air Force where he was a parachute rigger. After returning home from his Air Force service, he continued his father's family business, Distinctive Hardwood Floors, for almost 50 years.

He was the epitome of a Car Guy, Bronx New Yorker, and American-Flag Loving Veteran. His greatest joys in life were classic car shows and weekly cruises, where he was lovingly known as "The Polish Prince" (often on the microphone and playing music as the resident DJ), fishing, projects in the garage, and go-kart and open wheel dirt track racing.

Stan was a soft-spoken father of two sons and one daughter, Joseph, Michael, and Yvonne. In addition to his children, he was a proud grandfather to Melissa, Christian, Ana, and Lucia.

He was predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Lucille Wojciechowski and most recently lost his older sister, Marcela Strutt. He is survived by his ex-wife Roxanne Rich; son, Joseph Wojciechowski and wife Viviana; son, Michael Wojciechowski; and his grandchildren. Stan leaves behind his brother, Paul Wojciechowski, as well as many nieces, nephews, and good friends.

He was a kind person who was loved by all and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Please join us at his celebration of life on Monday, June 9, 2025 from 3:30-7pm at East Fishkill Provisions Smoke Haus Monday Night Cruise, 567 Old Hopewell Road, Hopewell Junction, NY. He will be honored with military honors by the US Air Force at 4:30pm.
