WAPPINGERS FALLS – Steven John Masselli, 48, died at home on July 28, 2021. A resident of Wappingers Falls since 2008, he previously lived in Fishkill.
Steven was born on April 17, 1973 in the Bronx. Steven was a 1991 graduate of Roy C. Ketcham High School and a 1993 graduate of Dutchess Community College. He was employed by Stryker in Mahwah, NJ for the past 7 years.
Steve loved to play both the electric and acoustic guitar, and owned several of each. He was an avid fan of Guns 'n' Roses and Motley Crue. More than anything, he loved spending time with his family, including his dogs, Zeena and Sapphire. Steve was well-known for his easy-going demeanor, and everyone who knew him loved him.
On September 2, 2000 at St. Columba Church in Hopewell Junction, he married Eileen Frances (Nurre) Masselli. He is also survived by his daughters, Alexa and Jordan Masselli, both at home; his parents, John and Lucille (Eisele) Masselli of Wappingers Falls; his sister, Jacqueline Spadaro and her husband Peter of Wappingers Falls; his niece, Samantha Spadaro; his nephew, Zachary Spadaro; and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and in-laws.
Visitation will be held on Monday from 2 – 5 pm with a memorial service at 4:30 pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction.
