PLEASANT VALLEY – Theresa Aurrichio, 68, formerly of Yonkers and Mount Vernon, died on October 31, 2021 at Mid-Hudson Regional Hospital.

Born in New York City on January 18, 1953, she was the daughter of Vincent and Josephine (Ungolo) Aurrichio. Terri was a graduate of Mount Vernon High School. After graduating from high school, she held several clerical and administrative jobs before taking a position at the City of Yonkers Refuse Management Department. She also served on the Board of Directors for the Service Employees International Union for more than a decade.

Terri is survived by her son, William Balestrieri, Jr. of Pleasant Valley; her grandson, Jarrod Balestrieri of Pleasant Valley; her brother, Donald Aurrichio and his wife Cynthia of Cary, NC; and her former husband, William Balestrieri, Sr. and his wife Louise Balestrieri of New Rochelle.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday, November 13 from 5-8pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. There will be a funeral service at 7:30pm.
